- First take a bowl add besan, semolina, curd, salt, mustard seeds, turmeric, and add water mix well.
- Then add sugar mix well.Add baking soda or 2 drop lemon juice. Keep aside 30 min.
- Add eno mix well. Then take grease bowl pour it and steam 30 min.
- Then take a pan add oil heat it add green chilli and saute add sugar and water boil it.At last add lemon juice.pour this mixture on dhokla. Garnish with coriander.
