- Garlic chilli: boil chillies ans garlic until soft. Using pestle and mortar, grind both add salt and sugar to season
- To serve: cut chicken to size, garnish with sliced spring onion, garlic topping, add little bit of the chicken stock. Serve with steamed rice or Hainanese rice with the chicken stock and chilli garlic.
